These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to, and use of the Luxo Chef website and mobile application (the "Platform") operated by Luxo Chef Technologies ("Luxo Chef," "we," "our," or "us").

1. Overview of Services

Luxo Chef is a technology platform that connects users ("Customers") with independent professional chefs ("Chef Partners") who provide in-home cooking services.

Luxo Chef:

Customers acknowledge that service quality and execution are the responsibility of the Chef Partner.

6. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed securely through the Platform.

By booking a service, you agree to:

Luxo Chef may charge service fees to Customers and/or commission fees to Chef Partners. Payments are released to chefs upon service completion and confirmation.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary depending on booking type.

Free Cancellations: Bookings canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund.

Within 48 Hours: A cancellation fee equal to 5% of the total booking amount will apply for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time.

Refund eligibility is determined based on circumstances and platform review. Luxo Chef reserves the right to evaluate disputes on a case-by-case basis. A separate Refund & Cancellation Policy may apply.

Luxo Chef may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform. Users may delete their accounts by contacting support.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
